Scott County Road to Recovery Group

This is a group of compassionate folks that have a heart for ministry and missions.  One of the main things this group does is help provide transportation for cancer patients who are receiving treatments.  These wonderful volunteers drive the patients to their dr. visit/treatment and home again.  The number of people needing their assistance has increased and Road To Recovery is needing more individuals who would be willing to drive—you choose the frequency.  Please contact Jeff Fountain (601-507-6061) if you would like to be a part of this ministry.

Medical Mission

CRISSIE WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL MEDICAL MISSION CLINIC will be held on SATURDAY, MARCH 21, at 11:30 am. Patients will receive their medicines in a drive-thru pharmacy manner. Directions will be given when they arrive. Individuals who have a fever and believe they may have the coronavirus SHOULD NOT come to the clinic. They should seek care in a physician’s office by calling the physician’s office ahead for further instructions.

Medical Mission occurs on the third Saturday of each month, and Medical Mission serves the people of Scott County without health insurance or a way to pay for their medicines. The clinic is run by volunteers, and it would not be possible without them. Founded by Dale and Crissie Williamson, the Medical Missions Clinic has been serving hundreds of people every year since 2005.
